We are a wild and sustainable Villa that is located on the shores of the Sea, between quebradillas on the slopes of the fields and hills, the experience is natural. Life on the deck exercising, meditating or working in peace only with the sound of the sea, a lot of freedom, endless walks are the vitamin. At the foot of the Panamericana Norte, very close to natural sanctuaries to explore such as the dry forest of Amotape, 5 to 25 minutes from the resorts of Punta Sal, Zorritos and Mancora. Live the North!

Space

The house with a family atmosphere is facing the sea (there are no lines, just us) and on the sand... It has 4 rooms with completely independent decks, and some common areas such as direct access to the beach and fixed shadows on the sand.

Guest access

We offer breakfast included and due to the pandemic we have restricted the use of the kitchen but we have a shared refrigerator in case you want to prepare something simple. We have restaurants in nearby hotels accessible on foot along the beach or there are several very good restaurant options in the town 10 minutes away by motorcycle or that do delivery. And in that case we offer tableware service to be able to eat on the deck At lunchtime, if you want to order delivery at night, you can also order tableware or charcoal grill installation in advance if you got some catch of the day!

Other aspects to highlight

Hi, thanks for your interest! For security and administrative regulations we ask for a photo and a valid identification document number of both guests and companions. Please send the documents via inbox so that we can validate the reservation in advance. Likewise, communicate the arrival time on the day of the reservation in order to organize the delivery of the key. Check out is at 12:00 noon and if there is a need for a late check out or a safe place to leave your bags, communicating it in advance is essential. The terrace is for the exclusive use of the guests.

additional rules

Non-drinking water supply equivalent to 1 water cistern every 15 days and 2 drums of drinking water every week are included. You can request the tank refilling service (340 soles) if the water runs out before due to use and extra drinking water drums that are for sale (10 soles) available. The linen washing service is available and has a cost of 50 Soles for each set. The white towels provided are for the exclusive use of the house and should not be taken to the beach. We recycle gray water for the irrigation of ornamental plants, we use a filtering biodigester that does not allow objects or paper to go to the toilet, the water resource is scarce, we take care of it. We try to collect plastic thrown away on the beach every day, so we set an example and take care of the environment!
