We have had the pleasure of receiving local and foreign guests, who have chosen our apartment to enjoy their vacations, discover the beauty of our beaches, get away from the city for a few days or even to reside permanently.

In front of the building is the San Lorenzo beach, where you can enjoy the sand and the sea and also find an offer of various water activities. A few meters from the building is the tourist pier, the starting point and arrival point for various boats that offer tours and recreational activities, among which is whale watching during the summer. A 15-minute drive away is La Chocolatera, inside the Salinas Naval Base, a very crowded cliff located at the most outstanding point of the Ecuadorian coast. Near La Chocolatera is La Lobería, a sighting site for sea lions and other species of shorebirds.
